Chic Sweats

I love a good pair of sweats just as much as the next girl, when you're a couch potato like me you have your own draw full of em. Now putting a little spin on this comfy look, fashionistas everywhere have been pairing these drawstring, elastic bottoms with heels, blouses, blazers and just dressing them up for a unique chic look.

Here I wanted to keep the sporty and comfy look of these sweats by pairing a casual cobalt blue tank and bomber jacket. And to dress them up and really make them pop, I slipped on my very versatile white pumps. What do you guys think?

Eye of the Tiger

Hey! Hope you guys had a colorful Easter! What'd did everyone do?

I went out east to my summer house with my entire big fat greek family! It was chaotic to say to the least, but like every holiday it was filled with lots of laughs and a ton of food!

The weather here in new york has gotten a tad warmer...50's and 60's. Not warm enough to wear shorts and sandals, but definitely cold enough to wear a light jacket (Paige Denim moto jean jacket, which I've been living in these days!) and my new favorite "cut out booties". Who thought there would every be a boot designed for spring? Love it!

Of course a graphic tee  is a must a for me and now I'm trying to step away from dark colored denim by rocking these black and white jeans by Guess (bought on sale at bloomies!) I love when you go into a store not looking for anything specific and walk out with some great finds, especially on sale!

City Of Angels

Just when I was starting to put all my winter clothes away, we get hit with some cold weather again. Us New Yorkers have been dealing with the most brutal winter ever. It feels like it's never ending!

One thing I never put away for winter are my go-to graphic tees. They're great to throw on under a cute cardigan or jacket. Chaser brand has my heart when it comes to their creative tees...distressed, vintage, name it, they make it! As my first Chaser tee, this "City of Angels" one is my favorite, I love how it looks distressed, gives it a great vintage feel.

I'm also very partial to varsity/bomber jackets, so when I saw this one at Free People I fell in love. It has a lacey texture with that varsity look, which gives it a girly/sporty feel. Gotta love mixing different styles!

Having a very urban, street moment as I'm sipping on my much needed coffee (how tired do my eyes look?)
As much as I love leather jacket weather, I'm looking forward to "no jacket weather"!

Street Style

Jacket: Zara (similar here) | Top: Gap (love this one) | Necklace: Wanderlust | Bracelets: Jennifer Zeuner & Wanderlust | Pants: BLANKNYC | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff (craving this one for spring) | Slip ons: Harrods

One of my favorite trends this year is definitely leather jogger. They are the without a doubt the definition of "sporty chic"!
I decided to paired them with these super comfy leopard slip ons (thank you Harrods!) and mixed up prints and textures with this simple striped top and tweed jacket, which I haven't worn in a while, (sometimes I forget what I have in my closet, but it makes for great finds to add to a look)

Bridge View

Blazer: BCBG Maxazria (similar here) | Jeans: Hudson | Tee: | Booties: Zara (similar here + here)

Took a little break from work on a beautiful warm day to took in the sights of Central Park, while also walking off my calories from the Shake Shack I had for lunch!
This floral blazer from BCBG has been my go-to transition jacket for spring. It has a great print and isn't too overpowering with color and goes with just about everything.
