Top: gifted Betsey Monroe | Maxi: Splendid | Bag: Michael Kors | Boots: Franco Sarto

Thought I'd give maxi skirts a shot. This one is stolen from my sister of course. She's very big on bohemian pieces, especially long skirts. She has a pretty big maxi collection, so hopefully she won't miss this one.
Loving the colors in this top and the print..stripes! And the fact that it's a tie top designed for fall is definitely an awesome twist.

Put Some Prep In Your Step

Blazer: Gap (cute ones here + here) | Top: H&M | Shorts: DIY | Oxfords: Gap (wanting these here)

A little windy, but still holding onto my shorts! I hate wearing pants!
I've never been that into florals, I always found them to be too girlie for me, which I think I've mentioned. But I fell in love with this blazer when I saw it, and immediately thought to pair it with another print.(stripes)
Decided to wear my oxfords with this look, instead of sandals, for a more "fallish" effect. Plus, they're so comfortable!
I'd say this look is definitely preppy, but cool at the same time. Just right for me :)

Denim & Leather

Shirt: DIY (similar here + here) | Skirt: Aqua (similar here + here + here) | Bracelet: gifted Betsey Monroe | Bag: Vintage Louis Vuitton | Shoes: Zara

Wearing one of my favorite combos. Denim and leather always gets the job done...especially this look. The flare leather skirt and denim shirt with "cut out shoulders", just gives the right amount of detail and makes this look edgy and laid back at the same time. Added my Zara heels for a little more grace.

Vest Yes

Vest: Zara | Top: BCBGeneration | Skirt: A&F | Bag: H&M | Sandals: Zara

Can't get enough of this weather, puts me in a good mood. And I'm able to wear almost anything since it's still fairly warm. This moto vest from Zara has been my go-to piece lately. It's great to just throw on for an extra layer and adds some detail to my looks.
Plus, wearing my 2 favorite fall colors, rust (my top) and olive green (my bag)...topped with some leopard print (sandals). Somehow it all blends.

Style Mix

Jacket: Vintage (similar here + here + here) | Tee: Chaser | Shorts: F21 (similar here) | Boots: Sam Edelman (get em here)

I love pairing graphic tees with different prints and colors. It just tones down the look and makes it look relaxed and effortless.
So excited to rock out my favorite booties. They're so comfy and look great with just about everything.
Most of the time I like to mix it up with my looks, as if it wasn't obvious. I feel it's the best way to look different from everyone else. The key to a good style mix is all about how you put it together and make it your own.

Vintage Look

Cardi: F21 | Top: gifted Betsey Monroe | Shorts: Levis (similar here) | Belt: Vintage | Wedges: Jeffrey Campbell (get em here)

Having a grungey vintage moment in this look from a few weeks ago. Loving the rust color of this top that Betsey Monroe sent me (thanks guys!) It's great because it has that summer crochet feel, with a fall color. Another great transitional piece to add to my collection!
It's currently Fashion Week in NYC and its been a rainy one! I'm going to Fashion's Night Out later and I'm so excited to check out what's in store.
