Neutral Tones

When Eva Mendes designs just say yes!
Her collection has something for everyone and every occasion. I'm really a fan of designs that are so versatile!

Loving this "matchy matchy" set, so comfortable and so flattering on! I always love pieces that make me look a little curvier and taller (features I'm seriously lacking)!

Anyway, what's great about this set is that it's sold as separates so you can mix and match (totally up my alley) and comes in all different colors. I went for the neutral beige, so that I could pop some prints, like these amazing python boots! This combo of color reminds me of Thanksgiving, which is right around the corner. Of course I won't be wearing this while stuffing my face!

Stand Out

Sticking out like a sore thumb in the middle of Times Square and loving every minute of it!

This oversized poncho felt and looked more like a blanket than a piece of clothing. Note to self: anything that makes you feel like you're wearing a snuggie, buy it!

Felt like I should pair it with some edgier pieces, like this studded, faux leather dress and fringe booties, instead of jeans and sweater. Outside the norm, I know, but so is me actually rocking out a poncho! Still exploring all these new staples..gotta keep evolving!

No Pants, No Problem

I'm having a hard time parting with all my shorts and skirts. It's such a tease having these random warm days where I can show some leg. This "rompin skort", has been perfect for this in between weather. (with it's high neckline and olive green color). Of course I had to add some fringe into the mix, which made this look all that much more Fall. I'm dreading the cold weather ahead, but I'm definitely looking forward to rocking some faux fur. Stay tuned!

Perks of living in NYC, there's always a park to go to when you need to take a moment and just chill out. I actually enjoy going to parks more in the fall than in the summer when its blazing 90 degrees!

I went a little simple and more neutral for this look. I'm kind of a moody dresser sometimes, especially on Mondays when I'm tired and too sluggish to mix n match to max.

Every piece I'm wearing here, besides the shoes are from Forever 21. Super cute and super affordable! I'm loving their fall pieces this year!

Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween...I regret eating all the leftover candy and I can already here the Christmas carols :/
